Once you've booked your premium service, you will receive a branding and customer connection workbook that must be completed before your project can begin.
We will schedule a kick-off call to go over your pre-work, expectations, and answer any questions you may have. I will communicate with you regularly throughout the process and share my work to ensure you're happy with what I'm creating or if you'd like to make changes.
You will also have the opportunity to request changes/edits during the 30 days of support provided after the project is complete. In addition, you will received a tutorial on how to make changes/edits on your own.

Once you've booked your VIP day, you will receive a branding and customer connection workbook that must be completed before your project can begin.
We will have a kick-off call on the day of your intensive to go over your pre-work and the expectations of what I can get done in a day. I will communicate with you throughout the day, getting your input on what I've created so far and if you'd like any changes. At the end of the day, you will send the remaining payment and receive all the work I've completed for you.
You will also receive 30 days of support. You can request changes and edits during this time period. If you'd like to book additional VIP days, you will receive an exclusive discount!

Please note:
You can book more than one VIP day! If you want 7-8 web pages completed, go ahead and book two VIP days. If you need more extensive branding help, such as a more custom logo (with art/illustration), branding patterns, textures, custom icons, etc. then I would add a third day, or go ahead and book me for the week. You can make this experience work for you!
